You can permanently delete your Hitaaks account and associated personal data at any time. There are two ways to do this.
Your account and personal data are deleted immediately and you are signed out.
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email us from the address (or with the User ID) linked to your account:
support@hitaaks.comUse the subject "Delete My Account" and include your registered email or User ID so we can verify your identity. We process requests within 30 days.
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the following personal data:
For legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention reasons, we retain a limited set of financial transaction records after account deletion:

| Top-up / purchase records | One-time purchase and billing records |
These are kept only for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law, after which they are permanently deleted or anonymized. They are never used for marketing.
