Refund Policy

1. Subscription Purchases

Hitaaks offers subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly) processed exclusively through Google Play. All subscription purchases are subject to Google Play's refund policies. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

2. Google Play Refund Policy

For purchases made through Google Play, refund requests are handled by Google Play directly. Google Play may allow refunds within 48 hours of purchase at their discretion. To request a refund visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Hitaaks has no control over refund decisions made by Google Play.

3. Top-Up Signal Purchases

Top-up signal purchases are one-time consumable purchases processed through Google Play. Once signals have been added to your account, top-up purchases are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store. Open Google Play → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → find Hitaaks → tap Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until the period ends and will not be charged again.

5. Admin-Granted Subscriptions

Subscriptions granted directly by Hitaaks administrators (promotional or gift subscriptions) are non-refundable as no payment was collected.
