Hitaaks ("we", "our", "us"), operated by Intellminds Incorporation, respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

Email address and name (via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In)
Username / User ID (your account identifier)
Profile photo (optional, from your Google/Apple account)
Device push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging)
App usage and interaction data, and your subscription / purchase history
Approximate location — estimated from your IP address by Google AdMob for ad delivery, analytics, and fraud prevention
Advertising ID and device identifiers (used by Google AdMob for ad delivery)
Diagnostic and app-performance data (collected by Google AdMob)

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the Hitaaks trading signals service
To send push notifications for trading signals and app updates
To manage your subscription and purchases via Google Play
To display advertisements via Google AdMob (free tier users only)
To improve app performance and user experience
To respond to support requests

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, which may collect and process data under their own privacy policies:

Google Sign-In — authentication
Apple Sign-In — authentication on iOS
Firebase (Google) — push notifications (FCM)
Google AdMob — advertising (free tier only)
Google Play Billing — subscription and purchase processing

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time using the Delete Account option in the app or by emailing support@hitaaks.com. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days — except certain subscription and transaction records, which we retain as required by applicable tax and accounting laws, after which they are permanently deleted or anonymized.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. Your data is stored securely on our servers. We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.

7. Push Notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications for trading signals, bot status updates, and app alerts. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

8. Advertisements

Free tier users may see advertisements served by Google AdMob. To deliver, target, and measure ads, Google AdMob may collect and receive your advertising ID and device identifiers, approximate location (from IP address), app-interaction data, and diagnostic data. This data is shared with Google for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings under Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.

9. Children's Privacy

Hitaaks is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will delete their account.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
