Hitaaks is an AI-powered trading signals application that provides buy and sell signals for Forex, commodities, indices, and cryptocurrencies. All signals are generated for informational and educational purposes only. Hitaaks is not a broker, financial advisor, or investment manager.
All signals, alerts, and information provided by Hitaaks are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. You trade entirely at your own risk. Past signal performance is not indicative of future results. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making any trading decisions.
Hitaaks offers subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) processed through Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You will be charged through your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period. Subscription prices are clearly displayed before purchase.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store by going to Google Play → Subscriptions → Hitaaks → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until the period ends and will not be charged again.
All purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google Play's refund policy. Google Play may allow refunds within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, refund requests are at Google Play's discretion. Hitaaks has no control over platform-level refund decisions. For billing issues contact: support@hitaaks.com
Hitaaks offers a free tier supported by advertisements served by Google AdMob. Premium subscribers receive an ad-free experience.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@hitaaks.com.
All content, branding, signals, algorithms, and technology within Hitaaks are the exclusive property of Intellminds Incorporation. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Hitaaks, Intellminds Incorporation, its developers, and affiliates are not liable for any financial losses, trading losses, indirect damages, or consequential losses of any kind arising from your use of the app or its signals. Use of this app is entirely at your own risk.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice or liability.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email.
